THE BOYS ARE BACKFeb 16, 2013 - 15:40 MST
Cody Sylvester scored two power play markers to lead the Calgary Hitmen to a 3-1 win over the Victoria Royals Saturday night at the Scotiabank Saddledome. Brady Brassart completed the scoring tally as Calgary extended their home-winning streak to six games. Brassart's second period goal stood as the game winner, a category which he leads the league in with nine.
"It feels good to be back and playing in front of our fans", commented Sylvester. "I had a couple gifts tonight, I found myself backdoor and got a few nice passes from Jones and Macek."
Steven Hodges was the lone Royal to put one past Hitmen netminder Chris Driedger who made 31 saves to record his 29th with of the season.
